Harriet was born Nov. 19, 1828, in TN. She married Andrew J. Davis (Andy) on Jan. 7,
1848. They left Tennessee by 1849 and went to Missouri where her boys, Brisbon and
Harvey (and perhaps a daughter), were born. She died early, and is said to be buried
with her brother, Will, in Hope AR.
Andy took the children to Washington Territory. The boys did well in the Northwest lumber business. One became a preacher and one became wealthy. Family rumor says that the boys founded B and H University out there.
